Techno India University, Tripura (TIUT) was founded in 2023 under “The Techno India University, Tripura Act, 2023” as the latest chapter in the Techno India Group’s remarkable four‑decade journey. Tracing its roots back to a pioneering computer‑education initiative launched in 1985 by the Roychowdhury brothers in Kapasdanga, Hooghly, TIUT embodies a legacy of digital literacy and forward‑thinking pedagogy.
